Hours & Pay

Starting Pay: $23.00/hour

Available Shifts:



  • Rotating: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM one week, then 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM the next
  • Midnights: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM


Bonus: Performance bonus potential available

Overtime: May be required depending on production needs



What You'll Be Doing

  • Apply industrial paint finishes per customer specifications.
  • Maintain spray guns and paint systems, change filters, and tracke paint inventory.
  • Communicate material needs to supervisors and purchasing teams.
  • Operate tools and equipment such as industrial paint guns, sandblasters, pressure washers, overhead cranes, and scissor lifts.
  • Prepare parts and surfaces for painting, including masking and cleaning.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and wear all required PPE (paint suit, respirator, gloves, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams when needed.
  • Follow daily work instructions, report quality issues, and maintain cleanliness in your workspace.
  • Occasionally assist in other production areas, provided you are qualified.

What You Bring to the Table



  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of industrial painting work experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for 8-10 hours, and work in hot conditions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
  • Ability to wear a respirator and maintain a clean-shaven face
  • Proficient in English communication (spoken and written)
