The Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC seeks applicants for a full-time, clinical track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Clinical Dentistry in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics under the Division of Biomedical and Clinical Sciences. Responsibilities will include full-time teaching at the postdoctoral level at the USC Pediatric Dentistry Clinic and the pediatric dentistry clinic at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. This includes overseeing residents and independently provide comprehensive dental treatment under general anesthesia in both an outpatient and hospital setting. An ideal candidate will have a history of clinical practice care, academic teaching and scholarly activity. Candidates must have a DDS or DMD degree and a certificate in pediatric dentistry from an ADA approved program and be a Board Certified or a Board Candidate in Pediatric Dentistry. Candidates must also carry current certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), as well as a California Dental License. Interested applicants must submit a cover letter, complete curriculum vitae, and arrange to have at least three letters of references sent to the division. Consideration of applicants will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.

The annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $120,000 with additional practice income from the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Medical Group based on productivity and experience.
