Are we the road to your future? We are currently searching for talented CEI Inspectors to support our Carolinas Region on the Alligator River bridge replacement project located in Tyrrell & Dare Counties (North Carolina). This position welcomes candidates who are willing to relocate to North Carolina's Outerbanks area. This is an immediate need. The project duration is estimated to be 3-years. The successful candidate will perform technical duties supporting engineers and other professionals in the administration of highway construction. Such areas include, construction inspection, project roadway/structure inspection, materials testing, project surveying, and program/regulatory compliance. (This position corresponds with the NCDOT Engineering (Transportation) Technician I & through IV.) To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, an Associate's degree in an applicable area of Engineering Technology, Survey Technology or a related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution.
