Life Takes You Places! Are you ready to join us? The base salary range for a Service Intake Specialist I is $35,000 to $45,000. Actual salaries will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company tenure & equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance. Service Intake Specialist I This position will review and process individual and group product eligibility requests upon verification of membership eligibility, entering applications into the processing system, ensuring they are complete as well as comply with various state regulations, governing policy forms and company policies. This is a fast-paced production position that requires attention to detail and processing accuracy. Essential Duties:
