The Sr. Financial Analyst serves as a member of the Finance team and serves as the assigned financial liaison for a designated business unit(s). The Sr. Financial Analyst provides financial reporting and analysis that is used for strategic and tactical decision making. Works with various levels of management within the business units as well as corporate stakeholders to develop, interpret and implement financial and accounting concepts or techniques related to strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business results. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, the ability to identify and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders including senior management, and contributions to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • (Equivalent experience or a combination of education and experience in related fields will also be considered.)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP Accounting Principles.
  • Experience withAdaptive Planningis highly preferred.
  • Familiarity withSalesforceandNetSuite Accountingis a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel(pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data visualization) andPowerPointfor financial presentations.
  • Strong understanding of 3-statement financial modeling, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Based inChicago, with the ability to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office per week).

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
