Our client is an industry leader in the CATV industry looking for an experienced Construction Coordinator to join their growing team in Huntington, WV. Summary: Responsible for the project management in job creations, workflow and milestone management of construction projects, as well as administrative and financial quality control of jobs for the Northeast Beltway capital construction projects. Job Duties: * Manage & Track Milestones * Create jobs in JT/Polaris * Issue jobs to design * Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris * Liaise with Stakeholders * Provide reporting for next level management * Create and approve funding request * Material management and reconciliation * Research contracts and agreements * Manage funding request/purchase order * Responsible for job estimate(finance) * Validate that the field quality control is performed * Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports * Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed * Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control * Follow admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footages) * Validate permit is closed * Final invoice milestone is set * Ensure all milestones are updated * Coordinate with Outside Plant Coordinators * Coordinate activation in head ends with ISP Coordinators * Track process to make sure material is being shipped to proper sites * Responding to customer escalations regarding estimates * Make estimates of future construction needs * Assist with selection and staging of equipment needs * Determine best-fit solutions based on current vendor solutions * Inventory Control and Management * Review design and determine inventory needs Additional Information: * W2 Contract with salary/pay based upon previous relevant industry experience * 3+ years' experience in any of the following: CATV, Project Management, Wireless, or Construction experience. * This role will be a hybrid model 60% in the Field and 40% in the office. * Office located in Huntington, WV but will be supporting Cabell, Putnam, and Wayne County, WV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
