This position will be responsible for leading the CAPEX project for our Winter Haven Distribution Center.

Additional Information:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Travel: 5%

This role will be for 12-15 months and based at winter Haven. Once this project is completed the position will transition and work on Logistics Region Projects and continue to be based out of Winter Haven.

This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.

The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.



  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for multiple platforms and technologies.
  • Ensure equipment meets and exceeds current Safety guidelines - Conduct PHA's, MOC Evaluations, and other safety audits.
  • Work with Environmental resources to ensure sites are staying in compliance on Engineered controls.
  • Recommend and specify new equipment and systems in operations.
  • Work with Global Procurement on Contracts and Pricing.
  • Manage internal and external resource groups to ensure proper installation and performance of equipment and processes.
  • Lead the site, divisional disciplines (Process, Design, Controls, etc.), and other project engineers to develop project plans including scope, budget, schedule, etc.
  • Train and mentor site and divisional resources (peers, interns/co-ops, Division Engineers, Site Leadership, Regional Leadership, Divisional Leadership, Process Engineers, Automation Engineers, external contractors).
  • Project management inclusive of planning, directing and coordinating all phases of capital projects from project initiation through project closeout, including engineering, procurement, construction and start-up.
  • Manage all project activities with the site and divisional engineering teams.
  • Ensures the objectives of projects are completed within prescribed scope, schedule, cost and quality constraints.
  • Provide strategic project management expertise and guidance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Design and execute new Winter Haven Automation for the 1 gallon robot, adding 281,000 square feet of warehouse space, additional racking, 113 new parking spaces, 85 trailer parking spaces, 16 new dock doors
  • Automation and storage system construction and start-up


Minimum Requirements:



  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have an bachelor's degree or higher
  • Must have eight (8) years of experience in Field Operations, Engineering, or related field
  • Must have three (3) years of experience in Project Execution
  • Must have successfully completed the execution of capex projects



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or Finance
  • Have a Greenbelt Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or demonstrated understanding via successful projects of Multiple Project Management Methodologies
  • ARC201+
  • Ten (10) years of experience in Operations, Engineer, or related field
  • Distribution automation experience
