Job Posting: Ensures demand planning process is effectively developed to provide optimal service to support business needs while balancing the optimal levels of inventory. Builds and reinforces professional and high-quality development of planning and forecasting practices in accordance with overall business objectives. Utilizes system functionality to present scenarios for 18-36-month future horizons. Works cross functionally with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Replenishment, and Supply Planning to ensure all teams are aligned on the future demand signal. Decisions regarding demand at the style/color/size level have significant financial impacts to Kontoor related to internal inventory carrying costs. The accuracy of the demand signal is vital to reduce/eliminate distressed inventory. Duties and Responsibilities
