As a Sr. Director of Billing and Fulfillment, you will architect transformative revenue operations that scale with our growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for billing, licensing, and fulfillment operations aligned with aggressive growth targets. What you will be doing: Develop and execute comprehensive strategy for billing, licensing, and fulfillment operations aligned with aggressive growth targets Direct multi-disciplinary teams across billing systems, license management, and product delivery operations Transform billing from a back-office function into a strategic, customer-facing capability that drives account growth, retention, and satisfaction Champion continuous improvement across order-to-cash processes using cutting-edge technologies and best practices Design and optimize sophisticated billing models, subscription management, and connect revenue recognition practices What you will likely bring: Proven experience in strategic leadership and operations Expertise in directing multi-disciplinary teams Strong knowledge of billing systems, license management, and product delivery operations Experience in transforming billing operations into a customer-centric capability Advanced understanding of billing architecture, subscription management, and revenue recognition practices What will set you apart: 11+ years progressive operations knowledge 6+ managing and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Master's degree preferred #HYBRID #LI-CS1 About Epicor At Epicor, we're truly a team. Range: Minimum: $130,000 USD Maximum: $340,000 USD The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
