Position Description We are seeking an Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting the transformation in immune response diagnostics, with a focus on QIAGEN's flagship tuberculosis test, QuantiFERON-TB. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer with a experience in marketing to clinical laboratories and healthcare professionals, with a focus on infectious disease, public health or immune response diagnostics. You will develop and execute marketing tools and tactics across the North American region, driving adoption and utilization of the gold standard in latent TB testing. This role will be working closely with the Associate Director of Regional Marketing, Infectious Disease - North America (TB). Key Responsibilities: - Execute components of the go-to-market strategy and regional marketing execution to accelerate adoption and usage of QuantiFERON-TB as the gold standard in latent TB testing. - Develop and execute regional marketing activities in conjunction with regional marketing leadership and global marketing that align with North America regional customer needs and local healthcare dynamics. - Identify and execute activities and drive demand across diverse customer segments including clinical labs, health systems, public health networks, clinics, and healthcare professionals. - Act as the Voice of the Customer, capturing clinical, commercial, and competitive insights to shape global product and marketing strategy, product positioning and future development. - Execute commercial enablement activities, including executing training, developing impactful sales tools, and nurturing activities to accelerate sales funnel - Work strategically and collaboratively with external industry and commercial partners to execute co-marketing and sales initiatives. - Work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing to build customer engagement programs and increase product adoption. - Monitor and track KPIs - continuously optimizing marketing efforts for stronger impact and ROI. Position Requirements - Background in infectious disease, public health or immune response diagnostics, with experience marketing to clinical laboratories and healthcare professionals. - 3+ years of experience in clinical diagnostics marketing roles, preferably within IVD products. Prior experience in sales also considered. - Demonstrated impact both developing and executing tactics, along with monitoring for impact and modifying as necessary to meet KPIs. - Experience in tuberculosis diagnostics, screening or patient management ideal. Prior experience in sales also ideal but not required. - Ability to work cross-functionally with a track record of successful product launches and commercial impact. - Passionate about advancing patient care through diagnostic innovation. - Excellent presentation skills and training experience, with a proven ability to educate and engage diverse audiences both virtually and in-person. - Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders to produce educational content and product presentations.
