Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation. * Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role * Job Summary As a Product Manager at Sorenson Communications you will be responsible for guiding product development efforts for video relay products and services. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with executive management to champion product strategies and match them to company goals. You will work with engineering to define product requirements. You will work with marketing and sales to define the go-to-market strategy. It is critical that you help each understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal evangelist for your products, and may occasionally work with sales as an external evangelist. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Travel Requirements Travel Requirements: Less than 25% Education Must be Fluent in American Sign Language. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Development a plus Experience 5 years experience working with customers who primarily use American Sign Language to communicate.
