*Description*
* Customer contact for jobs, relative to estimating and delivery. * Responsible for initial checking in and scheduling of rush jobs on to computer system. * Schedule, track, and coordinate repair processes among departments to ensure timely completion of jobs and customer satisfaction. * Assist in maintaining correct branch physical inventory. * Keep work area neat and clean as directed by supervisor. * Assist as assigned with special projects and other duties. * Confer with Shop Foreman, Customer Service Representative, and Manager on matters deemed appropriate. * Assist in serving walk-in customers, pull orders, and load customer product. * Assist in purchasing of all shop equipment and supplies. (such as paint, rewind, bolts, materials, etc.) * Provide support to customers when necessary, within Inside Sales area. * Attend company- or vendor/manufacturing-sponsored training seminars to improve product knowledge and/or job skills. Skills and Abilities: * Ability to work well with others under pressure and in a team situation. * Excellent customer skills. * Coordinating and assisting in project work as directed by Branch Manager. *Skills* operations management, leadership communication, technical skills, mechanically inclined, inventory tracking, purchasing, customer support *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications: * Minimum level of education: high school diploma. * Preferred: Technical school training. * Computer literacy. * Warehousing. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
