Aon is looking for an OCIO Client Portfolio Manager

Aon Investments USA, LLC is seeking an OCIO Client Portfolio Manager with LDI experience to join the US OCIO Portfolio Management team.

This position will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage 50+ client portfolios
  • Daily monitoring of client positioning, liquidity, and dynamic policy triggers,
  • Exposure management, liquidity and margin management
  • Hedging and risk managing against client pension liabilities
  • Onboard two to three clients per month
  • Work closely with the portfolio management team to manage an overall client book of more than 200 clients
  • Execute firm's best thinking within asset allocation and manager selection within risk-controlled framework

Qualifications

Interested and qualified candidates should have the following credentials:

  • 8+ years of experience within both the pension and investment area
  • Excellent background in liability driven investment (LDI) strategies
  • Knowledgeable of public fixed income and derivative markets
  • Outstanding understanding of pension risk management
  • Excellent Excel skills and/or computer programming fluency
  • MBA or degree(s) in finance, economics, and/or mathematics
  • ASA/FSA/CFA preferred
  • Passion for markets and client service
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Factset, MSCI Barra, Barclays Point, Northfield or other risk management systems a plus

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $112,000 to $149,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
