Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for maximizing productivity and managing expenses to meet E-Commerce's commitment to the mission and values of Goodwill-Easter Seals. This role provides the overall strategy of the department and direction to the assistant managers and employees in support of Goodwill-Easter Seals' mission and values. Functional areas of responsibility include customer service, inventory management, order fulfillment and shipping.

  • Operational Excellence: Creates operations strategy to ensure E-Commerce runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Talent Management: Ensures E-Commerce talent is trained and developed and manages store personnel needs.
  • Performance & Standards: Ensures financial and business control through reporting and communication
  • Services & Programs: Ensures continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals
  • Safety & Risk: Ensures safety and protection of employees, assets and facilities



Job Pay & Perks:



  • Pay range: $86,530 - $117,070
  • This is an on-site/office-based role whose essential functions require the individual to work at a physical location which may include a GESMN or partner facility.
  • Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount.
  • Work-life balance: Limited Saturday rotation shifts, no overnights or shifts passed 8:30pm, and Closed Major holidays (closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day)

About You:



  • Ability to communicate with other leaders, assistant managers, employees and customers.
  • Proficient in Windows / Microsoft applications and comfortable learning new business-specific software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Enjoy fast-paced business settings while working away from a desk much of the day.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills.

Prior Experience & Education:



  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience required
