Description The company currently has 25,000 PC's in their environment, with over 10,000 that are 5+ years old and 2000+ that are 9+ years old. In the past, they have purchased all of their machines and have used them until they stop working or are not able to support newer software. They are migrating to a life cycle process, where they lease their hardware and update desktops ever 4 years and laptops every 3 years. They need techs to help with the deployment of these PC's that get shipped in pre-imaged and network connected. The techs will need to asset tag the PC, remove the old hardware and cabling, set up the new PC and turn it on to make sure it works correctly. They will also need to troubleshoot any issues that arise with the new PC within the first 48 hours. After that, the issue will be directed to the help desk. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
