This is along the i-95 corridor (NYC-Southern CT to include Yonkers and New Rochelle)
What You'll Do * Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues in executive boardrooms and enterprise environments. * Work hands-on with Crestron DM/NVX and AMX systems. * Support and maintain: * Video conferencing systems * AVoIP networks * DSP-based audio systems (amps, mics, speakers) * Projection and video wall systems * Digital signage and RF systems * Conduct preventative maintenance and site surveys. * *Crestron Toolbox Proficiency Required* * You'll be * expected to confidently navigate Crestron Toolbox to: * Connect to control processors via IP or USB * Use File Manager to download and back up existing programs * Modify logic using SIMPL Windows or SIMPL# Pro * Upload and assign updated programs using Program Manager * Restart programs and verify system performance via Text Console What You Bring * 5+ years of AV installation or service experience. * Strong troubleshooting skills and multimeter know-how. * Your own basic hand tools. * Professionalism and confidence when working with enterprise clients. * A two-year technical diploma or equivalent experience (CTS certification preferred).
