*Job Title: *Patient Service Representative (Bilingual - Spanish)
*Location: *Glendale, CA (100% Onsite) *Schedule:* Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM *Pay: *$21-$22/hour *Contract Duration: *4-5 months (560 hours) with potential for full-time hire after contract *Who are we: * One of Southern California's largest physician-led healthcare networks. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience in a medical front office or call center setting. The PSR will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound patient calls, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. * Schedule patient appointments and verify insurance eligibility (HMO/PPO). * Collect co-pays and assist with billing inquiries. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EMR systems. * Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients regarding services, procedures, and insurance processes. * Support front desk operations and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams. * Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, punctuality, and professionalism *Required Qualifications:* * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role (call center or front office). * Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). * Strong knowledge of HMO and PPO insurance processes. * Proficient in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. * Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high call volumes. *Preferred Skills:* * Familiarity with EMR systems and medical terminology. * Experience with patient charting and insurance verification. * Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
