DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Program Analyst 3, you will complete analyses on ODP data sets and present data in public-facing reports and forums. Your duties will include collecting data and information, completing data and process analysis, and creating files and public-facing reports for program evaluation in accessible formats. In this position, you will provide formal training, as part of a team, on quality management (QM) concepts and application. This will include QM planning and data-driven quality improvement processes in the ODP system. You will also perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on various sizes of data sets. You can expect to support the facilitation of ODP's QM Strategy by providing QM planning and data driven quality improvement technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead projects involving teams and individuals from multiple and varied areas and skills sets. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with at least 1 day per month in office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Program Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of analytical experience, two of which include professional experience in program evaluation and the development of program recommendations, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
