Overview LMI is seeking a forward-thinking Program Manager to lead mission-driven innovation at the intersection of logistics, technology, and strategy. The ideal candidate is experienced in leading the delivery of logistics modernization initiatives powered by emerging technologies in logistics, supply chain, and transportation management including digital analytics platforms and process automation tools. This role will also support business development and client engagement efforts, working directly with internal teams and government clients to identify needs, craft tailored solutions, and build long-term strategic relationships. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends program leadership, logistics expertise, and high digital acumen with strategic client partnership and growth responsibilities. You will manage a portfolio of high-visibility programs while serving as a trusted advisor and innovation leader for both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in the logistics/parcel delivery industry required. This position is located in Washington, DC and cannot be performed remotely.
