Overview: The community based dental team takes portable equipment into nearby schools to provide dental care. This provides the employee with a variable work location. In addition to traditional Patient Access functions. A community dental patient access representative will also do the following: * As legal guardians are rarely present when the patient becomes registered, this employee contacts parents frequently via phone to get necessary information. * Works with the dental team to collect and organize consent forms appropriately * Takes interest in learning about dental procedures to better assist with scheduling, maximizing efficiency for dental team when at a school Job Description Summary: Job Description:

Experience: One year of health care experience, preferred.
