Overview:

This position is eligible to receive a $20,000Sign-On Bonus.

Day shift

- 8 hours per day

- Monday through Friday with Rotating Weekends, Call, and Holidays
- Preferred start time 9:00 am.

Job Description Summary:

Performs CT examinations on pediatric patients, ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:
  • Operates CT equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal structures.
  • Prepares patients for CT procedures by positioning them correctly and administering contrast media as required.
  • Monitors patients during CT scans to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Maintains accurate patient records and ensures that all images are properly labeled and stored.
  • Calibrates and maintains CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety.
  • Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret CT images and provide accurate diagnoses.

Education Requirement:

Graduate of an accredited educational program for Radiologic Technology, required.


Licensure Requirement:
  • Active Status with the Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, required.
  • Current ODH License, required

Certifications:
  • Current CPR Certification, required.
  • ARRT certification (CT) within 1 year of employment, required.

Skills:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Experience:
  • Twoyears of clinical experience in the RadiologicSciences, required.
  • One year of experience in CT procedures, preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric setting, preferred.
