We are looking for a Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Operations to join our Institutional business. You will be responsible for developing and leading strategic initiatives to expand market penetration within the assigned region, sector, or customer portfolio. As well as identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, driving sustainable revenue growth while strengthening the Solenis brand and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. You will focus on growing business and improving Solenis' market position within a specific geography or sector or set of customers, leading the creation and implementation of sales initiatives aligned with the Corporate Accounts team growth strategy to expand our market share. You will oversee the development of market intelligence to inform business decisions and provide strategic insights to marketing and technology teams, whilst building and nurturing relationships with key executives and strategic customers to strengthen long-term partnerships and drive business growth. Another key responsibility is to guide the Commercial Excellence team in designing and executing strategies that enhance sales effectiveness, including pipeline management, value proposition development, and performance monitoring. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and alignment between strategic planning and frontline execution to drive sustained growth across major customers. Other responsibilities:
