$10,000.00 Sign On Bonus


In Person Position, not remote or hybrid.


This position will support Inpatient and Community Outreach programs throughout Washington State.


Position acts as Interim Program Administrator/Program Director any time the permanent position is vacant (LOA, long vacation, turnover, etc.).


Position requires that you drive to your assigned site each day. Position can require that you stay at a Hotel Monday-Thursday, return home on Friday evening. Position can also require various shifts and weekends when assigned a 24-7 facility.

The expected starting wage range is $127,357.12 - $157,289.14. Full range is $187,221.15. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.


Schedule


Full Time, salaried. Mostly Monday - Friday but evening/weekend when needed. Approx 8:00am - 5:00pm


What You Will Do


The Floating Administrator-Licensed manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the designated or assigned Program on an interim basis, which involves ensuring regulatory compliance and actively overseeing quality assurance performance improvements. Additionally, the Floating Administrator-Licensed collaborates with all corporate departments and outside consultants and representative of the program to State/County agencies, community partners, and consumer groups and must be willing to travel extensively as they will be working in different locations throughout the region.



  • Implementing and overseeing the responsibilities for clinical services and standards of care for our clients, and administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team.

  • Continually communicates with community partners and all local systems of care that are in service to our clients.

  • Oversees documentation by clinical staff and performs audits of Clinical Charts to ensure adherence to State and County Requirements.

  • Assists with New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for all clinical staff.

  • Assists with recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations and terminations of all clinical staff


What You Must Bring to the Table (Must Have)



  • Must have current, valid licensure in Washington State or meet criteria to transfer license to WA: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT

  • Master's in social services

  • Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting

  • Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing

  • Understanding of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and the recovery philosophy

  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. Position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
