2025 Associate - SWP Software Engineer

This entry-level software engineer position requires a primary foundation of software development knowledge in Java + Angular, and the ability to work in an Agile team environment. Responsibilities include developing high-quality code, analyzing and resolving issues in testing or pre-production phase of software delivery cycle, providing technical support to error inquiries and interacting with various team members including architects and project managers. The Associate will suggest process improvements and ensure project deadlines are met. Preferred qualifications include strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively and seek optimum solutions.

What you bring to the table:
  • Degree in computer science or other technology-related field
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization
  • Graduated between December 2024 - June 2025
  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA
  • Prior work experience or internship, preferably within the FinTech industry, specifically in software development
  • University/college or community involvement such as with charitable organizations, travel abroad experience, participation in various clubs, organizations or athletic groups, etc.
  • Experience holding leadership positions
