Reconcile daily cash activity and prepare all necessary entries for corporate bank accounts
Facilitate electronic vendor payments and other bank disbursements and deposits
Support fixed asset, retail, general accounting and accounts payable initiatives
Assist in periodic closing processes, ensuring transactions are in accordance with guidance from parent company and internal policies and procedures
Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations and reporting as assigned
Work within a team of staff accountants in standardizing practices and procedures
Create and implement strategies to improve efficiencies of job processes
Participate in ad hoc requests and special projects as needed
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
1-to-3 years of related experience
Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through initiative, collaboration and teamwork
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to apply strong problem-solving techniques
SAP experience a plus
