Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Daikin Applied is seeking a Document Control Specialist who manages parts documentation related to new product introductions, legacy products, and revisions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Creates, organizes, stores, and manages parts documents related to new product introductions and legacy products, including technical specifications, drawings, and manufacturing instructions
- Establishes and maintains a robust document control system, ensuring version control and easy access to the latest information
- Creates and maintains document numerical systems and filing structures in accordance with company standards
- Facilitates the processing and implementation of product changes (Engineering Change Orders/Manufacturing Change Orders)
- Tracks the status of changes and ensures that all relevant parties are informed
- Ensures that changes are documented and communicated effectively
- Ensures that all documentation complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Conducts periodic audits to ensure the accuracy of published parts documentation
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including PID, TRC, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure that they have access to the information they need
- Coordinate with Process Improvement teams, to include Digital Transformation and IT teams
- Assist the TRC and PID teams with customer issue resolution

Minimum Qualifications:
- Vocational or Technical Degree or Equivalent experience
- 6 to 8 years of experience
- 3 + years of parts document control experience in manufacturing
- Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 + years of parts document control experience in manufacturing
- Engineering process and tracking
- Agile or SAP
- Experience with NPI processes and release
- Prior experience with HVAC products

The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $28.61- $45.67 in the US. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls.
