Your Role on Our Team:

The facilities maintenance technician is responsible for ensuring proper operation of maintenance for facilities.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• MUST obey all safety rules including LOTO, PPE requirements, and fall protection.

• Commitment to work extended hours if needed, willing to answer after hour calls, and help establish a world class maintenance team.

• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment in the distribution center.

• Provides support for all departments in the distribution center to help keep each area productive

• Develops and maintains complete P.M. schedule on all equipment

• Escorts, monitors, and aids outside contractors to ensure all safety and building rules are maintained.

• Prepared to work different or more hours as needed to keep areas operating efficiently and cover other shifts if necessary.

• Performs building repairs and other duties as required such as light plumbing, painting, and running occasional maintenance related errands.

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school
