Job Overview:

The Ingersoll Rand Finance Team is seeking an Accounting Coordinator for our Dosatron US entity in Clearwater, FL. Dosatron US is our sales office and distribution site for North America and is part of our Agritech business unit. Reporting to the Senior Accountant, the Accounting Coordinator will be primarily responsible for all AR and AP transactions.

Responsibilities:


  • Invoice customers.

  • Post cash collections as per bank statement

  • PO voucher match

  • Manual voucher posting

  • Post cash disbursements as per bank statement

  • Support the sales & use tax reporting process



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identifies issues and implements effective solutions.

  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to support cross-departmental initiatives.

  • Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.

  • Manufacturing:? Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing operations concepts/reporting



Preferences:


  • Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) desired

  • Proficiency with ERP systems, experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains preferred
