We're looking for a reliable and organized Facility Coordinator to help keep our client's workplace running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and multitasking skills, this is a great opportunity for you!

Schedule: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $19/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment
  • Handle daily mailroom operations-process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage office supply inventory and ordering
  • Support invoice processing at the transaction level
  • Act as liaison with building management and contractors to resolve facility issues
  • Assist with emergency preparedness planning and participate in drills
  • Oversee reception responsibilities including visitor passes and door monitoring
  • Take on other administrative and facilities-related duties as assigned




Qualifications:



  • Must have one year of facilities coordinator experience
  • High school diploma or GED equivalents
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
