We're looking for a reliable and organized Facility Coordinator to help keep our client's workplace running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. If you're a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and multitasking skills, this is a great opportunity for you! Schedule: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Pay: $19/hr. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment Handle daily mailroom operations-process incoming/outgoing mail and packages Manage office supply inventory and ordering Support invoice processing at the transaction level Act as liaison with building management and contractors to resolve facility issues Assist with emergency preparedness planning and participate in drills Oversee reception responsibilities including visitor passes and door monitoring Take on other administrative and facilities-related duties as assigned Qualifications: Must have one year of facilities coordinator experience High school diploma or GED equivalents Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay, referral bonus potential, employee discount programs, unmatched professional development, and more.
