 How you'll make an impact:
 
 Regularly meet, and often exceed, your monthly KPIs (net cards, gallons, revenue)In tandem with your sales manager, develop a strategic plan for attacking your territory; both from a geographic and specific vertical segment perspectiveResponsible for self-generating your own leads. WEX will support that effort, but you must be committed to finding your own business opportunities.Quickly build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities, and consistently add to itMaintain accurate records in SalesforceBe a proactive communicator regarding your workDemonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills through superior product and competitive knowledge Experience you'll bring: 
 3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven client acquisitionDemonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environmentDemonstrated ability to sell against the competitionStrong prospect-channel identification, development and qualification skillsHigh degree of territory management capabilityTravel is required, must be comfortable in air/vehicle travelMust be able to pass a successful background investigationIndependent contributor position Preferred Qualifications 
 Industry knowledge in fleet management and or commercial paymentsStrong relationship management skillsStrong time management skills Salary Pay Range: $65,000-$80,000 + Uncapped CommissionThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
