The US Oncology Network is looking for a Compensation Consultant to join our team at Texas Oncology. This position is a remote/hybrid position.

The US Oncology Network is one of the nation's largest networks of community-based oncology physicians dedicated to advancing cancer care in America. This role will report directly to the Senior Compensation Consultant for The US Oncology Network and support the execution of the Compensation strategy for our Practice. The purpose of this role is to proactively This position will support Texas Oncology's journey to becoming the best place to work in healthcare.

Texas Oncology is the largest community oncology provider in the country and has approximately 600+ providers in 220+ sites across Texas and southeastern Oklahoma. Responsibilities

Data Analysis

  • Conduct rigorous analysis of complex data sources (compensation surveys, market research, talent, workforce, best practices) to build compensation models and predictive analytics.
  • Seek market intelligence and industry-specific data to ensure compensation programs are aligned with best practices.
  • Manage geographic pay differential data and adjust based on market analysis.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage and consult with HR Business Partners, practice HR practitioners, line managers, senior leadership, and executives.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation principles, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the design and development of rewards programs and services.

Program Management

  • Create and maintain tools and reports for HR practitioners (e.g., merit modeling, market analyses, equity models).
  • Develop and deliver compensation training for business and HR leaders.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit and bonus structures, pay matrices, and job architecture for Texas Oncology.
  • Lead compensation integration for M&A activity, ensuring alignment of job codes and pay ranges.
  • Administer TXO's compensation programs and partner on benefits strategy alignment.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with compensation policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (communications, payroll, finance) on compensation projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of compensation experience, including strategy development and expertise in base pay, variable programs, market pricing, and job evaluation. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience using Workday and BetterComp a plus.

Strong understanding of clinical roles and the healthcare industry. Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through World at Work (Required). Advanced knowledge of benchmarking, job evaluations, market research, and survey analysis. Ability to align compensation with business and HR strategy and recommend best practices. Strong quantitative analysis skills (Excel, pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization). Proven ability to consult and build credibility with internal and external stakeholders. Strong executive communication and project management skills.

Working Conditions

Environment: Remote / Hybrid / Traditional office as required. Travel: Some travel required.
