SITE Staffing is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer. This is a direct hire, first shift position. The ideal shift is from 8am-5pm.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage existing customer accounts and establish new accounts
- Speak with customers to understand needs and expectations
- Develop technical quotations and communicate with proper language and terms of the plastic industry to customers
- Receive and process orders
- Create and communicate sales presentations
- Works independently to services existing accounts, obtains orders, establishes new accounts, plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the customers' needs
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, taking part in industry networks
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on CRM and customer sales.
- Generate quotes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in the plastics molding industry, knowledge of plastic injection molds.
- Past sales experience
- Meeting sales goals
- Negotiation experience
- Presentation skills
- Ability to build client relationships
