JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Activities involving management and maintenance of buildings, land and furniture.
Assure proper office supply and equipment.
Management of media, meeting rooms and allocation plans (update, availability and operations).
Removal Management (planning and organizing of office moves).
Catering Services: Conference-room services
Operation and cleaning of industrial equipment within the buildings.
Tour preparation & management.

REQUIRMENTS:
Associates with multiple years of facility maintenance
Experience with safety
Experience with minor repairs
Experience with event preparation /moving furniture
Experience with Forklift
