Our Company The Opportunity Adobe's Digital Strategy Group (DSG) works with C-level leaders at the world's top brands to recommend strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. Our engagements employ Adobe's digital benchmarking, customer-journey mapping, digital maturity assessments, industry research, value modeling and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. As Director in DSG, you will lead a dedicated team of digital strategists and manage a pipeline of strategy engagements. For each engagement, you will be responsible for a team to conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop insights, and deliver actionable recommendations. You will be a peer to C-suite executives and use your experience to become a trusted advisor. You will curate the latest thinking on digital trends, use cases for Adobe technology, and relevant industry research. This Director role is aligned to Adobe's "Automotive and Manufacturing" vertical. An ideal candidate for this leadership position would have deep experience in the auto or industrial manufacturing industry. Along with MarTech experience within this industry, focused on strategy, innovation, or digital transformation. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
