Summary
Under the general supervision of the Program Manager of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center (DF/HCC) Tumor Imaging Metrics Core (TIMC), the Image Analyst will operate a variety of complex computer software to transfer, analyze, and archive image data for clinical research trials, and contribute to the development of clinical imaging techniques for research purposes. Other duties include participation in on going quality initiatives as well as conducting review sessions with Radiologists.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Medical Imaging required or Master's Degree Medical Imaging preferred

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
2-4 years of experience in clinical trials research or radiology

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging modalities, image acquisition techniques, and image post-processing algorithms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical images accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey imaging findings and insights to radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in research methodologies and statistical analysis is a plus.
