Hours & Pay

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | $17.14/hr

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM | $17.74/hr

3rd Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM | $17.54/hr

Your Daily Tasks

• Inspect and marker-check stamped metal parts for quality defects
• Stack finished parts in baskets and racks for shipping
• Complete accurate lot tag documentation
• Assist press operators with minor press issues and die changes
• Perform 5S housekeeping duties and TPM assignments
• Rotate through jobs and shifts as needed to meet production goals
• Support die maintenance breakdowns and cross-train in related areas
• Collaborate with other departments and perform tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For

• No prior experience required-we provide on-the-job training
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate with team members
• Willingness to stand, lift, and move metal parts weighing up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts
• Commitment to attendance and teamwork in a safety-focused environment
