Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Process customer orders via email, fax, EDI, and phone with speed and accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding order status, shipping dates, pricing, and inventory availability
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams and carriers to track or expedite delayed/missing shipments
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues, service complaints, and product discrepancies
  • Utilize SAP and other systems to manage order entry and reporting functions
  • Compile reports, maintain accurate records, and provide backup support across accounts
  • Maintain top-tier communication etiquette across all channels
  • Perform additional administrative and support duties as needed

What You'll Need to Bring



  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) skills
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
