Molding Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:50 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor molding machines according to job orders and instructions
• Perform secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, reaming, trimming, and deburring
• Conduct in-process visual and dimensional inspections using tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues
• Document findings, complete production paperwork, and label products correctly
• Package parts per specifications and move them to the next stage
• Grind scrap material and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

• No prior experience required-on-the-job training provided
• Ability to perform basic math and use precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-heat, and noisy environment
• Regular lifting (25-60 lbs), walking, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Occasional ladder climbing and use of lifting equipment
• Ability to distinguish colors and focus on close, detailed work
