Paint Line Operator

Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay: $16.18/hour

Duties:

• Load and unload products efficiently and safely
• Transport products to designated locations within the facility
• Perform visual quality inspections and identify defects or issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Operate and monitor paint line equipment according to standard procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Document production information and report any discrepancies
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously during the shift
• Strong attention to detail for quality control
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
• Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
