Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Your Impact & Daily Tasks

• Inspect & Test at Scale: Perform rigorous physical and functional inspections on up to 150 repaired laptops, tablets, and other devices daily to meet Prime Quality Standards.
• Identify & Report Defects: Accurately document malfunctions or deviations and relay findings to Repair Team Leads for corrective action.
• Inventory Coordination: Update asset management systems with device status and location details to ensure seamless tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the quality liaison-providing actionable feedback to repair technicians and partnering with parts inventory specialists.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Compile and support the generation of quality metrics and test reports for continuous improvement.
• Continuous Learning: Contribute to process enhancements and develop your testing expertise alongside seasoned technicians.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in high-volume electronics or computer repair testing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in functional device testing, quality inspection protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; stand, bend, stoop, and move equipment throughout the shift.
• Workwear: Casual uniform (shorts permitted) with steel-toe safety shoes.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication in a fast-paced setting.
