Hours & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (with 2 weeks of cross-shift training)

Pay Range: $18.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do

• Lead & Coordinate daily repair activities, ensuring the team meets or exceeds performance targets
• Diagnose & Troubleshoot complex computer and device issues; provide hands-on guidance to technicians
• Monitor Quality Control, enforce safety standards, and deliver constructive feedback
• Prioritize Workloads based on project deadlines, resource availability, and customer needs
• Maintain Accurate Records of repairs, parts usage, labor hours, and incident reports
• Train & Mentor new hires and existing staff on repair procedures, tools, and safety protocols
• Collaborate with inventory, parts, and delivery teams to meet weekly goals
• Drive Process Improvement by working with management to refine repair strategies and workflows
• Participate in Leadership Meetings to report on team performance and repair metrics

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of hands-on computer/device repair experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Technical certification or associate degree in electronics (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and software systems
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and work in a warehouse casual environment
