Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:15 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every product meets the highest standards by:

• Monitoring assembly line performance and machine run times
• Completing daily production reports and ensuring customer quality targets are met
• Operating assembly machinery safely and efficiently
• Following detailed safety procedures and work instructions
• Communicating floor and machine status updates to supervisors and shift leaders
• Conducting regular quality checks and machine inspections
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized by adhering to 6S principles
• Lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods throughout your shift
• Pitching in on other duties as assigned to support team goals

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Quality Assurance and computer experience
• Ability to perform light-to-moderate physical work (lifting 15-35 lbs) on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to follow procedures
