Overview
Establishes clinical practice guidelines to manage and optimize care utilizing an organized approach to performance measurement and improvement. Conducts quality audits and analyzes data pertaining to various clinical functions and departments of the Blank Children's Pediatric Clinics.

Responsibilities
- Audits clinical documentation for compliance in accordance with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and other payers quality indicators.
- Monitors non-compliance with quality standards; investigates, evaluates and identifies opportunities for improvement and provides guidance and counsel to clinic management regarding internal controls.
- Provides education and consultation to the clinical staff, including physicians and non physician providers, regarding quality and performance improvement.
- Demonstrates initiative to improve quality and customer service by striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Coordinates the development of clinical practice guidelines as directed by the Quality Committee.
- Develops and implements annual Blank Children's Pediatric Clinics Plan under the direction of the Chair of the Quality Committee and the PMC.
- Provides analytic and auditing support for research projects as approved by the research department and PMC.
- Collects and analyzes data, including statistical analysis, and submits reports as assigned.

Maintains certification and/or license Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire. Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. |
