Location: Torrance, CA (Onsite)

Hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on your experience and knowledge)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and provide support for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems and supporting our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent user support.
Responsibilities:
IT Support & Infrastructure Management:
* Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and other software.
* Assist with network administration tasks, including basic troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within various systems.
* Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and recovery procedures are in place.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
* Identify and implement solutions for recurring IT problems.
ERP System (Business Central) Support & Optimization:
* Provide first-level support for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, addressing user queries, issues, and training needs.
* Assist with the configuration, customization, and testing of Business Central functionalities to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within Business Central.
* Assist in data migration, reporting, and integration tasks related to Business Central.
* Stay informed about new features and updates within Business Central and recommend their adoption where beneficial.
General:
* Document IT procedures, solutions, and system configurations.
* Participate in IT projects as required.
* Adhere to IT policies and security best practices.
* Communicate effectively with non-technical staff regarding technical issues.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an IT support or similar role; 2-3 years of experience is preferred.
* Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is required.
* Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
