Pay: $16.50/hour Schedule: 4/10 Alternative Workweek: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime may be required on Fridays based on production needs Job Responsibilities: Pack, count, and inspect rice bags to meet quality and weight standards Operate case taper machines and safely palletize cases up to 50 lbs Assemble boxes with accurate customer labels Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment as needed Maintain compliance with GMPs, food safety, and workplace safety procedures Wear all required PPE: robe, hair/beard net, gloves, and steel-toe shoes Qualifications: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks on a fast-paced production line Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and availability for occasional overtime Basic English communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to learn powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and cherry pickers Comfortable with standing, walking, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
