Are you ready to join a reliable, fast-paced production team and take the next step in your career? Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate for a growing food manufacturing company in Cypress, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who values teamwork, quality, and long-term growth potential.

Pay: $16.50/hour

Schedule:



  • 4/10 Alternative Workweek: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Overtime may be required on Fridays based on production needs



Job Responsibilities:



  • Pack, count, and inspect rice bags to meet quality and weight standards
  • Operate case taper machines and safely palletize cases up to 50 lbs
  • Assemble boxes with accurate customer labels
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment as needed
  • Maintain compliance with GMPs, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
  • Wear all required PPE: robe, hair/beard net, gloves, and steel-toe shoes



Qualifications:



  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks on a fast-paced production line
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and availability for occasional overtime
  • Basic English communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn powered industrial truck (PIT) equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and cherry pickers
  • Comfortable with standing, walking, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
