Live Show Maestro

Are you passionate about live content and love being part of the action behind the scenes? Staffmark is looking for a Live Show Maestro to support high-energy product showcases and live auctions! If you've dabbled in Facebook Live, TikTok, or any streaming platform and are ready to turn that experience into a full-time opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (1st Shift)

Pay: $15.00/hour

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate with hosts, sellers, and creatives to plan engaging, on-brand live stream events
• Assist in selecting products and creating compelling storylines
• Schedule broadcasts, prep visuals, and help with rehearsal coordination
• Support real-time operations and ensure the stream runs smoothly
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the fly
• Moderate chats and help build engagement through polls, shoutouts, and giveaways
• Edit show footage into engaging highlight clips
• Assist with promotional content and help drive interest for future events
• Provide sellers and hosts with tools and tips to help them connect confidently with the audience
• Promote a positive, inclusive environment in every stream
• Stay up to date on trending topics, products, and platform best practices

What You Bring:

• Some experience with live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Facebook Live, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Basic knowledge of live content creation or video editing is a plus
• High energy, team player attitude, and passion for digital content
