Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Final Product Packing: Package precision-molded plastic components at the end of the production line.
• Quality Inspection: Examine finished parts and cartons for defects-scratches, dimensional errors, or cosmetic flaws.
• Defect Sorting: Collaborate with a visiting quality expert to sort cartons by defect type, meeting daily quotas.
• Documentation: Accurately record production numbers, defect types, and batch information using provided forms.
• Efficiency & Speed: Maintain a steady packing rhythm-bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), twist, and move swiftly while upholding quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Prior packing or quality inspection experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 40-50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for spotting defects in plastic components.
• Teamwork: Comfortable working closely with supervisors, peers, and visiting quality trainers.
• Reliability: Dependable attendance and a commitment to meeting production targets.
