Are you detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and eager to learn a skilled trade? Staffmark is hiring an Entry-Level Manufacturing Painter in Dothan, AL for a leading industrial manufacturer specializing in high-quality building materials. No prior painting experience is required-just a positive attitude and a desire to grow in a hands-on environment.

Pay: $12.47/hour (with scheduled raises every 6 months)

Schedule: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:



  • Operate spray-painting equipment to coat materials on a moving paint line
  • Ensure consistent coverage and finish according to quality standards
  • Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Assist with general production tasks as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • 6 weeks of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
