The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading the scoping, planning, and execution of master data improvement projects to time, budget, scope, and quality criteria.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a suite of master data improvement projects to agreed time, financial, and scope requirements.
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle.
- Implement effective project controls and provide timely and accurate project reporting.
- Escalate risks, issues, and concerns at the earliest opportunity.
- Maintain a project RAID log and project schedule for reporting purposes.
- Produce required project documentation to enable successful project outcomes.
- Develop, build, and maintain relationships both internally and externally to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure effective communication at all levels.
- Coordinate plan and resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are met.
- Proactively resolve issues through negotiation and compromise.
- Engage with project stakeholders to seek clarification and resolve issues.
- Works closely with client stakeholders, especially in Supply Chain, Finance, and IT functions
- Works closely with D365 team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master"s Degree or equivalent work experience
- PM or APM certification or equivalent work experience
- Data Management certifications or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years of experience working with ERP systems including MS D365
- 5+ years" experience in process optimization and raising data literacy in a global organization
- Strong understanding of ERP system architecture best practices
- Experience working within a regulated industry
- Experience working in a process-light environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent change management skills
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Excellent presentation skills

Travel:
- 50% travel internationally
