The RN II will provide patients who have chronic conditions the support, education, and assistance in the prevention and/or maintenance of their disease and/or health and wellness state. The RN II Prior Authorization (PA) Nurse reviews medical treatments, services, or procedures to determine if they qualify for insurance coverage. They assess, evaluate, and make recommendations to ensure patients receive necessary care while adhering to insurance guidelines and regulations.
